Car Trade Tech Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched on Monday August 9 for raising fresh capital from the general public. CTT equity was listed on both National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). CTT IPO closed on 11th August 2021 and the shares were listed on 20th August 2021. The Company signed an MOU with SBM at the bank’s corporate office in Bangalore. SAMIL marked the celebration of its Bangalore Automall’s first business anniversary by rolling out a grand bidding event for nearly 300 customers. More than 200 pre-owned vehicles were displayed on the ramp, out of which numerous were successfully disposed. A lucky draw was organised and five fortunate winners were given gift hampers.

SAMIL entered in a strategic alliance with TATA Capital Housing Finance Limited (TCHFL), a housing finance subsidiary of TATA Capital Limited. Shriram Automall Hubli conducted a special bidding event while celebrating the first business anniversary of the Automall with its customers. Prime customers were felicitated with gifts and a lucky draw brought fortune for three lucky bidders.

SAMIL signed a pact with CLAAS Agricultural Machinery Private Limited (CAMPL), a manufacturer of self-propelled combine harvester. As per the agreement, SAMIL is going to provide complete solutions in the disposal of their pre-owned harvesters.

Various pre-owned vehicles walked the ramp in bidding event out of which maximum were successfully disposed. In the presence of around numerous bidders, the bidding hall was tightly packed to scream out numerous bids on a vehicle. SAMIL disposed numerous pre-owned vehicles through a Special Anniversary Bidding Event at Shriram Automall Hyderabad.
