TERMS & CONDITIONS

NON-TRANSFERABILITY AND NON-HERITABILITY OF MEMBERSHIP

The BidClub Membership and all associated benefits are strictly non-transferable, non-heritable, and non-saleable. This means you cannot transfer your membership to another person or pass it on to heirs or family members or sale it to other's.

FEES AND CHARGES

Any applicable fees for membership, transactions, or services must be paid by the BidClub Member as per the Platform’s payment policy. Platform reserves the right to change these fees at any time, with prior notice to the member.

THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS

No third-party payments will be accepted under the BidClub program. All payments for membership, or associated fees must be made directly by the BidClub Member only, and not by any third party.

DISCOUNT ON BUYER FEES & OTHER BENEFITS

As a BidClub Member, YOU are entitled for below benefits:

1. A maximum Discount of ₹ 2,500/- on the buyer fee which can be availed any time throughout the membership plan. This benefit can’t be carried forward and should be availed during the subsistence of your membership based on your subscription plan; This benefit is applicable only for qualifying transactions and must be availed according to the guidelines.
2. BidClub members are exempted from Event Participation Fee.
3. BidClub members are treated on priority.
4. Any other benefit as announced by the management from time to time.

MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY AND RENEWAL

The validity of your BidClub Membership is subject to the terms outlined at the time of enrollment. You may be required to renew your membership, as per your subscription plan, to continue accessing the benefits.

DEFAULT OR BACKOUT ON VEHICLE TRANSACTIONS

In the event of default or backout from a transaction involving a particular vehicle, the RSD (Refundable Security Deposit) will be forfeited. And the BidClub account stands deactivated. No refund of RSD (Refundable Security Deposit), and BidClub Membership Fees will be given if registered bidder fails to honor the bid as per the terms agreed upon. Along with this, SAMIL, and client (seller) specific Terms & Conditions shall be applicable.

BIDCLUB BENEFITS

BidClub member can avail extended benefits to participate in online auctions and access the price prediction tool. Any more information on this will be announced by SAMIL from time to time.

USE OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM

As a BidClub Member, you agree to comply with the general terms and conditions of Third- party platform including but not limited to bids.samil.in, CarTradeExchange, Property Auction (123done.in), The Price X including any rules, terms & conditions related to buying, selling, and using the services as per these platforms.

PRICING, BLACKLISTING AND REACTIVATION OF SAMIL/CTE/PROPERTY AUCTION PORTAL/THE PRICE X ACCOUNT

All the Terms & Conditions of the SAMIL/CTE, the Property Auction portal and The Price X shall be applicable and in case of any default, your account will stand Blacklisted/Blocked. For account reactivation you have to comply with any requirements i.e., payment of registration fee etc.

Any applicable fees for membership, transactions, or services must be paid by the BidClub Member as per the Platform’s payment policy of the, bids.samil.in, CarTradeExchange (CTE), Property Auction, The PriceX. SAMIL, CTE & Property Auction reserves the right to change these fees at any time, with prior notice to the member.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

SAMIL reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any other policies of the Platform.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SAMIL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the BidClub Membership, the Platform, or any transactions conducted through it.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Delhi, and any disputes will be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

SAMIL reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

By participating in the BidClub program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Any change in the Terms & Conditions in the BidClub shall be updated online and shall be applicable accordingly.

BidClub Loyalty Program & BidClub Renewal Policy 2025-2026 enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
